ERL offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every piece, providing a streamlined process for domestic and international returns.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original ERL packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
